Hi,is it possible to repair oil cooler broken at the normal place (lower connections )

Probably best to find a good secondhand one or buy a new one.

yes it can be repaired with copper tubng 10mm compression fitting and 2 spare rings soldered or compressed to mimic the pilot and bore affair thats no longer there

- but its best to just get a new one and use copper grease and PTFE tape as a barrier to future cold welding.
