Has any one fitted different indicator side repeaters I dont mind if I have to make the hole in the wing slightly bigger as I am fed up with the tempermental ones i have at the moment .. I see on amazon you can buy some for under a tenner a pair but which to have ![]() |

I'd get down the scrapyard and nab some off of a modern car, remembering to get as much of the wiring too. |

How about mounting them on the Valence panel instead of the front wing - that way they aren't subject to all the crap thrown up off the road? |

LEDs in the mirrors. JK calls them bell end indicators but they are cool. ![]() |

That's a interesting idea, but since I'm getting old I'm obliged to point out that your side repeater is not visible from the rear unless you've drilled the glass? The only time I've found the side repeaters useful is when changing lane and some idiot is sitting beside me. |

sorry to point out the obvious but why should a siderepeater have to visible from the rear?? surely thats what your rear indicators are for? |

So - you can't see those side repeaters from about 75% of the side of the car. For example, if you were standing beside the rear doors you couldn't see that the indicator was flashing. The only time you could see those side repeaters is arguably if you were driving towards the car, in which case you could see the front indicator. |
