I have one of those on my 2cv. It was fitted when I bought it, so I don't know who supplies them. I think it draws a lot of juice. It has a relay in the circuit and will only work well if the engine is revving a little.

I think Deuckies shop is what you are looking for. He comes to many meetings and was on the WM as well. Don't know the guys name though.

I've got one on mine. I love it (and so do the local cattle).
I bought mine a few years ago from a VW show. It was on the stall of a company called Midland Wheel Supplies.
