Hi everyone,
The wife and I are going to Paris next month to celebrate our anniversary, sadly noy in Trevor, but you can't have it all ways!!!
I have arranged a tour of the city in a 2cv though.
Anyway, does anyone know of any places of interest relating to Citroen cars?
2cv's in particular.

C42 is the obvious one, although the times when I've been its just full of the boring new stuff. Good shop though with shitloads of books and models.

The metro station Javel has Citroën factory shots along the walls, but maybe a trip up the nearby eiffel tower might be a smidge more romantic ;)

If you want to look at boring modern glass structures you can go to the site of the Paris factory where the 2CV was built(Levallois-Perret). There's a road named after Andre Citroen.

If you stay in the hotel 'chez bertrand' the bed in one of the suites is a 2cv.

Except it's not a hotel, it's 4 themed apartments in an old chimney factory of which the 2CV is in one of them. 3 are to let and Bertrand lives in the other. He also has some others elsewhere. I stayed there last year when I went on the Citroen Conservatoire visit organised by the CCC. I can recommend it. Bertrand could also arrange private visits to the Conservatoire for his guests. They were not available every day so it is necessary to contact him about it while/before booking. He speaks good English.
As well as the previous suggestions there is parc Andre Citroën on the site of the old Levallois factory and the nearby Bistro Andre. Nothing to do with 2CVs though. There are no Citroën related exhibitions that I know of at the moment.

Parc Andre Citroen is on the site of Citroen's Quai de Javel factory which had the production lines for the Traction Avant :ugeek:  The Levallois site has a big glass office block and nothing to see.

You're absolutely right. I was getting them confused. Either way there is not much to see at either.
