If you leave a request here,
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=98 and ask Max very nicely he may oblige, although he's a busy boy and there may be a bit of a wait. Or if you have skillz start with a white one, copy it into some art program, modify it appropriately, and then paste it into your signature.
If you had a standard production car you could copy and paste a similar one from someone else's signature.
