That did me the power of good because your gearbox sounds just like mine, so, hopefully that is normal and I don't have to worry too much about changing it in the near future. :)

strangely enough my gearbox has become a little whiny lately.. which is now slowly creeping up over the exhaust and induction noise.... although the wheelbearing noise is now creeping up over the sound of them... that is on longer journeys though...

i've done about 15k since i've had the car and i've never done anything with the gearbox :oops:
