2CV garage/mechanic in/near SW London

 2CV garage/mechanic in/near SW London A friend with a Charleston that's been garaged for 10 years wants to put it back on the road. The major job will probably be a new chassis: the bodywork, electrics and mechanics are pretty good.
Can anyone recommend a garage or mechanic in SW London, or that general area, who'd take this on and do it properly?
And if the Forum isn't happy with public endorsements of commercial operations of this type I'd be just as happy with a PM.
