Just looking through some pictures I had on the computer, and stumbled upon this, which got me thinking - Just how many Patriotic 2cv's there are: I know with have a 'French' Red White & Blue race car with us in the 2cv racing series but are there any flying the flag - I quite like the idea for the race car

I used to have a french tricolor on the boot of my old 2CV because it was a french car. A Union Flag (I believe a Jack is a flag flown on a ship) on a Mini would look ok, on a foreign car it looks wrong in my opinion. Belinda's new front wings had little enamel Union Flags and I'm not sure they'll be going on again. |

Hi Jonathan Hope all is well I quite like the Zip idea - I would keep it as the Union Flag though, if your bored next Saturday and fancy a trip down the M4 (do you still have to pay to leave Wales) to Sunny Swindon - Spanners is coming over to have a tinker and work his magic on the race car, drink my tea and eat my bacon rolls. Doug's car:  All my 2CV's that have invaded countries have had a Union Jack on! This Honda has the double whammy... Union Jack and Roling Stones tongue.. nice
