Re: WOAH!!!!!!! Spent 6 hours staring hopelussly like a twat, then suddenly it clicked! I had already removed the 12mm bolt, but didnt understand where to look!
I wasnt aware the bastard was lurking where it was,
Its now changed, no flat spot on first choke, and if im not a victim of 'physcological improvements' i think it pulls away with better acceleration!

Ken, did you want the old jet as mentuoned a few pages back? I will send it to you in a week or so as im going to keeo it in the car incase i have any teething problems with it

Re: WOAH!!!!!!! Since fitting the larger jet,and listening to Jonathan(driving everywhere flat out on first choke),and turning the return spring on the secondary choke half a turn tighter so i can now "feel" the butterfly opening,I got these results. First tankful,normal everyday driving back and fore work,town driving, 39.20mpg. Second tankful,138 mile run,normal driving etc,43.92 mpg  . Really pleased with that.
