 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
That Dutch ENAC .... I can't read Dutch but the French paper says it was officially scrapped just a little more than 20 years ago, and it's still with the French number plates it had when it was "scrapped". There is a minor difference between the chassis number on the official paper and the one shown on the bulkhead plate, too, but I suspect that's just someone's (M Langlois's?) poor eyesight.

Does it being officially scrapped make it harder to get registered or reregistered in France?

Russ - I think if it has been officially scrapped here in France it would be impossible to re-register it in France with that chassis number. But I imagine it might slip through if you registered it somewhere else first and then imported it to France.

ebay.co.uk/itm/300727155288 Requested photos of bulkhead and steering mount. Text from ad "we have removed from the body all the bits for steering and pedals, we have also cut these from the bulkhead." Requested photos of bulkhead and steering wheel mounting.

Manx http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C296841#Quote: The style of it may not suit you but it would make a fabulous special with a different body. Quote: Or return it to a 2cv. I have a really good 2cv body shell to sell separately sounds like a much better idea.
