We all come into this world with nowt, some of us just sit back and expect the world to support them and moan they've got now't. Many of us make our way in the world expecting now't for now't and get on with it and so make the best of what we have. So it follows if you sit on your lazy fat arse you'll never have now't.So don't moan groan or expect me to feed you, your kids, dogs and habits.while I work for what I have and what I can't afford I go without !!!!

Glad I got that off me chest. I think I'll crap in his lunchbox today.

It is also a fact that no one, I mean no one, will ever be responsible for a decision. Can no one ever make a decision and live with it - from supervisor to government!!.
My last job, I was asked to make a handful of people redundant and had to put in my list. The guy at the top of the list was a complete waste of space (nice guy but useless, made my day a hell due to his incompetence). But my superiors denied it as he was a nice guy and what else would he do!!
So I changed the name at the top of the list to mine - best decision I ever made.

Living the so called dream in France working for myself.... now that is bloody stressful and I have no one to blame :D

Crapping in his lunchbox would be a waste of a good poo. If the guy is neither competent nor fulfilling his part of his contract then that contract should be terminated. Also if he's only just started then employment laws allow your company to get rid of him easily.

Mind you, if you do resort to your threat then: photos or it never happened.

But surely it is against his human rights to be fired....

Sit him down, make him a cup of tea - you do his work for him - he goes home satisfied and you pull your hair out. that is the system of today.

I know, I still praise the day that I fired all of my staff and started doing the work myself again .
The stress is less and only comes from useless rules and regulations , which I try to avoid within reason .

No employee's and only myself to blame when things go wrong :Bliss!
