Sorry about that. It appears that on a cold miserable November night we got bored and accidently started a two-page personal argument of mindless drivel. That's an argentinian 3CV but the license plates don´t. Do you have more info about this picture? May be taken at Uruguay...

The pic shows a Citroen 2CV being shoved out of shot by actors and crew attempting a scene, in period costume during the making of the film "Mataron a Venancio Flores".
