Ian, sounds interesting, this 'high build printer' stuff... ;)

Recreated the lip on the windscreen panel, lots of coats of high build printer on everything. (My new favourite thing to use, can't believe I hadn't discovered it already!)

Oh sorry, it was an autocorrect... High build primer is all I meant.

Checked out blowing exhaust.

Ordered new clamps as old ones shot.

Ordered new "carbon fibre" exhaust and inlet manifold gaskets from ECAS yesterday. Should hopefully arrive tomorrow or Friday, then I can set to and get the bloody exhaust sealed properly.

To get it to seal bang on you do realise you will probably have to loosen both heads first.......

REALLY!?! Well that's a bit wank, innit? I'm no mechanic, so I'll leave the heads well alone and hope for the best.

^ I previously tried loosening my head to get a seal and it still whiffs a bit. I got sick of it but winter is coming and the car was painful in the winter last year with the heater off because of the smoke.

Hopefully fixed the wiring today. Engine was stopping when I turned the lights on.
