 Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Yesterday ....a simple 25 mile drive into the Derbyshire Peak District turned into a 75 mile bimble around Derbyshire, because I was enjoying the drive [cruising with the roof open, listening to Bryan Ferry on the cassette player]. This morning, after an overrnight stay [near Castleton] .....a steady drive home [roof off again]. Pic here of my car halfway up the Winnats Pass.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? I picked mine up from the bodyshop, bonnet and headlamp shells painted. They look very beautiful and make the rest of the car look shite!
I'll save up and get the wings and doors done piecemeal.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Just arriving in Aberdeen Harbour. Got a 450 mile drive down to Worcestershire. Just hope the traffic isn't as bad as it was predicted yesterday.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? I'm going to install some easily removable sound insulation to the Bedouin's bulkhead. I may even make a drying rack for it  Jonathan: Enjoy your drive mate. Don't cause and traffic queues.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Used it loaded up for a camping trip home in Devon. Covered about 700 miles, it was bloody awesome. Mostly roof down. What an awesome little car.
I even knocked nearly half an hour off the Google maps time for the drive down. Lol.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Left Worcester around 1pm and got down to the Kent/East Sussex border at 6pm. Hood fully closed as there was heavy rain at times. No rain forecast while I'm down here, so hood will be fully open.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Finished off having fitted a replacement rear axle tube, after two bolts failed whilst in France. All good now and pleased with how doing was fairly straightforward
