At last changed the primary jet to 107, like driving a different car, next job new breather to be fitted on a warmer day :lol:

Picked up/collected a 2cv today, to bring my Beamer 2.0 alive...

filled up my Ami with lpg for 23.7 eurocents a liter today.... almost cheaper then walking

Something to my very long term project. As soon as the temperature went 25 degrees higher, I couldn't resist to go to garage. Well, everything in that garage is still much colder than outside, but evently they get warmer...

Next is to make a bar to chassis, but that can be done when the body is lifted off the chassis. Need to get rid of some snow first...


Maybe it will be the time to start new topic with that? At some point...

I did put a new bakelite joint under the carburetor of my 2cv6. The old one had become warped after some 40 years ;-)

I've been out and about using the van as it was intended: collecting and delivering
Recently it has been large (but light) donations for a cat sanctuary - cat trees and oil-filled radiators. I no longer have a cat and this gives me an opportunity to help others and spend time with some :)

and now transporting cats:

a feral (the black &white), a semi-feral (the tabby) and a tabby &white kitten (in a carrier in the front)

collected from Birmingham and taken out to rural Staffordshire for rehoming

Pompey Puddleducks Valentines Day run to Stanstead House near Emsworth yesterday. A smaller than usual turnout, probably due to the freezing easterly wind, but we had some sun and everyone who came seemed to enjoyed themselves.

It was to cold this morning to place the muff :oops: :oops: :oops:

First snow this winter this morning, but at the moment most of it is vannished again...
