Some of us are, it's just difficult to make out if the flowers in Nels' picture are primroses (Primula vulgaris) or are the cross with cowslips (Primula veris)...

Glorious day here in the north of England so went to a business meeting in Sheffield in it today - roof off there and back - up via A50 and M1 and back via Ladybower and over the peak - fantastic and ran like a dream (suspect something is going to burst my bubble soon!) And I suspect they are the crossed variety of primula......

Went to the groceries and visited family with it today. It is so unpractical practical, doing about 50km/h through town loading and unloading... I love it...

Ended up at the British Motor Heritage Centre at Gaydon, Warwickshire. 5 2CVs, a Dyane and a Traction Avant.

Popped along to the Midlands Austin 7 Club meeting last night, and had the hood open there and back. Lots of positive remarks from the club member, at least one had owned a 2CV in the past. I'm going to take a look at a 1932 or 33 (can't remember which year exactly) Type AH 4-Seat Tourer next week. It'll make a 2CV feel positively modern in comparison.

Is there way to make a 2cv do less than 50mpg? If there is, I haven't found it yet
