So does a car become tax exempt or is it tax exempt if it was made before a certain date?

so headlamp fine -lighting switch goosed as it dawned on me that last year night driving was a bit of a lottery as going from dipped to main often resulted in black out - unless the horn was deployed

then popped a welch plug going tonto with the wanner

handbrake can wait till MOT

Used the Deuche to pop over to see Spanners last night. Got it booked in with Peter Cross the week after next, before it returns to Shetland for the summer. :)

* "I only lied a wee bit, the drivers side handbrake works better than it needs to - the nearside isnae worth a fuck so i just put slightly less for that side on the form, If anything happens after you leave my garage that handbrake was working perfect...understand? Oh and the front wheel bearing is grumbling so needs sorted. i dont want a postcard just some Polish Vodka"
