It looks very similar to the one fitted to my yellow 2cv, and that's reputed to be a Frome chassis.

That's a really nice version of one of those 2cv D*lly things. Shame it doesn't go very fast though, must be something wrong with the engine. They're v6 in these things aren't they?
I saw another just like this last night, it was red though. I don't know how people drive those 2cv wollies things though.
