Dunno what it is, but there's something about this car that makes me think it's a more recent car that's been renovated to look like a pre-1960 vehicle.

I know what you mean snowy - perhaps just too shiny, but... are the wheels correct for 59? Internally opening hood? I'm feeling it's more of a pastiche of a 59.

I think it's probably been made up from a lot of new parts but the majority of it is old 2cv, if not strictly the same old 2cv. I think it's a lovely car, I'll certainly never have anything that nice, wide headlamp bar or not!
