I rather suspect it also depends on what you do with the steering.

It's easy to wear the outside shoulder off a 125 in next-to-no-time by embracing body roll to the max. The main tread will be as good as new, though.

On the rear, 100k miles? Easy. On the front? Only if you drive like a granny or only ever in straight lines.
